Morecambe return to the Halo Aerospace Stadium this Saturday to host Brackley Town in the National League North. The Shrimps are looking to respond after a 2-1 defeat at Southport on Tuesday ended a three-match winning streak.

Adam Lakeland said his team will be focused on producing an immediate reaction. "The Shrimps will be looking to produce an immediate response following Tuesday night’s 2-1 defeat away at Southport," the manager told reporters.

Before the loss at Haig Avenue, Morecambe had recorded victories over AFC Telford United, Chester, and Buxton. Their last two home games at the Halo Aerospace Stadium were both wins, including a 4-0 triumph over Buxton earlier this month. The club currently sits 10th in the National League North table with 13 points from nine games.

Brackley Town, known as the Saints, are back in the division this season following relegation from the National League. They were consistently among the leading sides in this league before their promotion and will provide a competitive test as they look to build their own momentum.

Tickets for the fixture remain available, with a £2 matchday increase applying to purchases not made in advance. Supporters can secure their tickets online or at the Club Shop before kick-off. Live updates and commentary will be available via Shrimps Live on social media from 14:50.

Looking ahead, Morecambe's next league fixture is away to Chorley on 26 December.
