Morecambe Football Club has issued a fresh reminder to supporters about expected standards of conduct at the Halo Aerospace Stadium. The club statement, released this week, outlines a range of prohibited behaviours and the serious consequences for breaches.
Ground Regulations and sanctions
Supporters must comply with the club's Ground Regulations and follow all instructions from stewards, police officers and club officials. Prohibited actions include entering the playing surface without authorisation, threatening or abusive conduct, discrimination, antisocial behaviour, throwing objects and using pyrotechnics. The club stressed that entering the pitch without lawful authority is a criminal offence. Unauthorised entry can lead to removal from the stadium, police action, prosecution, a Football Banning Order and further club sanctions.
Maintaining a positive environment
Morecambe FC also enforces a no face-covering policy for supporters inside the stadium unless a legitimate reason or exemption applies under the Ground Regulations. The club asked Shrimps fans to help maintain a positive environment and protect the club's reputation. The reminder comes as the team sits 10th in the National League - North table with 13 points from nine games.
